The project titled “EdA: Development and Testing of an AI-Powered Educational Assessment Assistant Enhanced with an Interdisciplinary Sustainability Module”, developed through the collaboration of researchers from Boğaziçi University and Istanbul Technical University, has been selected for funding under the ADEP program.

Over the course of the 24-month project, an AI-powered assessment system, EdA, will be developed to support the learning processes of preservice teachers and students within the context of sustainability education.

The project will focus on:
🔹 The development of AI-powered feedback systems for different learner needs,
🔹 The design of sustainability-focused instructional activities,
🔹 The creation of learning experiences that support the critical and responsible use of AI,
🔹 The use of learning analytics to make students’ learning and development processes more visible.

Through this project, innovative educational practices are expected to be developed at the intersection of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and teacher education.
