Implications of Education Reform Initiative’s (ERI) 2018-2019 Education Monitoring Report
In the panel held for the sixth time with the collaboration of the Education Reform Initiative (ERI) and Faculty of Education this year, the implications of ERI 2018-2019 Education Monitoring Report were discussed. The panel started with the opening speeches delivered by Prof. Üstün Ergüder, Chairman of the Executive Board of ERI, and Prof. Emine Erktin, Dean of the Faculty of Education. Following those speeches, ERI 2018-2019 Education Monitoring Report was presented by Burcu Meltem Arık Akyüz, Coordinator of ERI Education Observatory Unit, and Yeliz Düşkün, ERI Policy Analist. Thereafter, Assist. Prof. Engin Ader, Vice Dean of Faculty of Education at Boğaziçi University, moderated the panel discussion that included the contributions of Assoc. Prof. Gülseren Karagöz Akar, Assoc. Prof. Fatma Aslan Tutak from Faculty of Education, and Yusuf Mert Bal, student at Computer Education and Educational Technology Department, on behalf of Boğaziçi University Student Representative Board.
